Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy applies to all digital tickets purchased through https://tdhvulcan.com for Transylvania Downhill Vulcan Freeride. By purchasing tickets, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy:

1. All sales are final: Due to the nature of event ticketing and the limited availability of seats, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges except under specific circumstances outlined in this policy.
2. Digital Delivery: All tickets are delivered digitally to the email address provided at the time of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the provided email address.
3. Event Changes: DEVASTATION LONGBOARD CREW S.R.L. is the organizer that can initiate event changes, postponements, or cancellations in case of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

2. Specific Cancellation/Refund Scenarios:

• Event Cancellation by Organizer:
  • If the event is canceled by the organizer, attendees will receive a refund of 85% of the ticket price, with the remaining amount covering the company’s income taxes.
  • Refund processing may take 60 business days from the official cancellation announcement.
  • We will communicate cancellation notices via email to all ticket holders.
• Event Postponement/Rescheduling:
  • If the event is postponed or rescheduled, your original ticket(s) will typically be valid for the new date and time.
  • If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may be eligible for a refund or credit, subject to the event organizer’s policy. We will facilitate this process as much as possible, but cannot guarantee a refund.
  • Any deadlines to request a refund due to a reschedule will be clearly communicated.
• Technical Issues:
  • If you experience technical difficulties accessing your digital tickets due to a verifiable error on our platform, we will provide assistance to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
  • The customer must contact our support team prior to the events start time to attempt to resolve any technical issues.
• Duplicate Orders:
  • If you accidentally purchase duplicate tickets for the same event, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will review your order and issue a refund for the duplicate tickets, minus any applicable processing fees.
• Force Majeure:
  • DEVASTATION LONGBOARD CREW S.R.L. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this policy if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government regulations. In such cases, we will determine the appropriate course of action, which may include refunds or rescheduling.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

• Processing Fees: Service fees, processing fees, and delivery fees are generally non-refundable, except in cases of event cancellation by the organizer.
• Third-Party Services: Any third-party services purchased in conjunction with your tickets (e.g., parking, merchandise, accommodation) may have separate cancellation policies.

4. Transferring Tickets:

• In some cases, ticket transfers may be permitted, subject to the event organizer’s policies and platform capabilities. If this option is available, instructions on how to transfer tickets will be provided.
• DEVASTATION LONGBOARD CREW S.R.L. is not responsible for any issues arising from ticket transfers initiated outside of our official platform.
